The spring flowers are coming out at Locket's Farm and our chickens aren't worried about a bit of wind... They are too busy scratching around in the sunshine.
It's time to throw on your wellies and take the family down for a few days at our farm. There is so much for the kids to do inside the house or out. The chickens and mini-pigs roam free in the garden and, if you are lucky, the Black Chicken will show you her little square dance. You can even collect your own eggs for breakfast.
If Lucy is around she'll show you how to groom the donkeys and goats - they love it when people make a fuss of them. Watch out for Henry the goat though, he is usually where he shouldn't be...
If the sun is shining there are beautiful walks up in the Hampshire Hangers; you can start out from opposite our door in the lane and head uphill, making the walk as long or shore as you like before coming back down near the stream.
Build a dam, play pooh sticks from the bridge and wander home to curl up in front of the log burner with a board game or a book.
